Partners,

In June 2026, Dylan Casey and I formalised a partnership agreement that defines the foundation of Crossware Media Group. This was not simply a legal step or an administrative requirement. It was a commitment to a certain way of building, creating, and approaching the industries we are entering.

Crossware was founded because we believe the modern media and gaming landscape has lost a lot of what made it special. Too many projects have become focused on corporate priorities, predictable formulas, and following established trends rather than creating something meaningful. We wanted to build something different, something with personality, ambition, and a genuine sense of identity behind it.

The foundation of Crossware is built around the idea that great creative work comes from people who care deeply about what they are making. We are not interested in producing content that simply fills a market gap or follows whatever is popular at the time. Our goal is to create experiences that people remember, products that have a clear identity, and work that feels like it was made with purpose.

Our geography is an important part of that identity. We are proudly building from Northern Ireland, from the creative energy found in places like Armagh to the growing technology and business communities in Belfast. We are not interested in copying the standard startup narrative or chasing the image of what a modern company is supposed to look like. We want to prove that ambitious, world class creative work can come from here.

Crossware Media Group operates as the foundation for our core creative holdings. Crossware Studios is our core development team, focused on engineering and creating ambitious, narrative driven gaming experiences using Unreal Engine and custom technology. Projects such as Mirror Man represent the type of work we want to create, combining strong storytelling, detailed worlds, and a focus on player experience.

Voyager represents our exploration into next generation AI technology. Its purpose is to investigate how artificial intelligence can create more meaningful, personal, and engaging experiences while returning a sense of discovery and agency to the user.

Pique serves as our spatial hardware initiative, established to explore high-fidelity augmented reality and spatial optics. It establishes the physical interface for our digital ecosystems.

We have deliberately chosen not to follow the traditional model of chasing investment, trends, or external approval. We are not interested in building something designed around pleasing a boardroom or creating a company based on temporary industry movements. Our focus is on building strong foundations, developing our technology, and creating authentic experiences that can last.

Every decision we make is guided by the belief that quality comes from commitment. From the engineering behind our products to the art, writing, and design that shape them, we care about the entire process. We believe that the details matter, and that long term success comes from building things properly rather than quickly.

The 2026 partnership agreement represents the beginning of a much longer journey. Dylan Casey provides the creative vision and strategic direction that defines Crossware's identity, while my role as CFO is to ensure that the company has the structure, stability, and resources required to support that vision.

We are builders first. We are here to create real things, with real people, and to build a company that can continue creating meaningful work for decades to come.
